How is this possible ?
· We offer a solution that enables your organization to send, at once, 100s or 1000s of interactive emails directly from a distribution list located in a MS Excel spreadsheet. The emails themselves are created with MS Word, allowing you to include pictures, logos, graphs and buttons that will not be blocked by the receiving email software.
· The interactivity of the email is made possible by the use of Quantum BE’s “Smart-Click” buttons in MS Word. They work like this: Whenever you set up a link in the email, any click by your reader will be automatically and instantaneously recorded in your Excel spreadsheet, in front of their email address (which was used to send the email). There is no complex data-base set up required, nor difficult html email to compose. All the tasks are 100% managed from within Word and Excel, enabling you to entrust the management of the whole campaign to a team of secretaries or trainees who only need to understand the basics of MS Word, Excel and emails.

· Implementation of your Email Blaster application with Quantum BE typically takes place within 48 hours.
· The spreadsheet can be accessed on the web by many users, all having the ability to send messages and to view the replies at the same time (hereby improving real-time access to your knowledge base). Please remember that Email blasts are not free, therefore please make sure that the use of the tool is properly monitored to avoid excessive usage (just like you monitor mobile phone usage)
· The messages received by the spreadsheet can be filtered and all of them (or some or none) can be forwarded to various other handset numbers or email addresses. Doing so enables you to benefit from automated recording of the messages and real-time information.
